EASTON ICE HOCKEY PROTECTIVE LINE - SYNERGY HSX: SHOULDER PADS, ELBOW GUARDS, LEG GUARDS, PANTS AND GLOVES
The Easton Synergy HSX shoulder pads feature the Hyperskin Fit design which includes a floating protection on a stretch base that provides maximum freedom of movement without compromising protection. The shoulder pads are built with adjustable caps and segmented adjustable biceps. They also have a compression molded Exo-Skel sternum, spine & bicep plates. They foam used on these pads are lightweight E- Cell which is located on the front and back. A ventilation system is also used in the construction which features ARC lining for improved air circulation & temperature control for the player.
The cost reduction of advanced materials, allowed us to use hot-melt PU films to reduce the need use the traditional stitched construction, saving time and costs in mass manufacturing.

Designed by the Montreal design team, the work collaborated upon was mainly on the development side, creating tech-packs, 3D CAD modelling/ follow-ups, size grading, sample/ fit development/ feedback, material sourcing, quality control and R&D visits to factories to review and test samples.
